Survey of lot behind
ONE Custom house is being built on 1.5 acre lot behind at 1537 Jenks Carpenter.
It's not going to be townhomes, nor greenway!

> From the Seller.  "In 2024, the owner of the property granted utility sewer access to the neighbor behind them. This was a private agreement that did not involve the Town of Cary, except for receiving formal approval. That approval was recently granted. The neighbor used that easement to install a sewer pipe connecting to the Town of Cary’s utility easement located on the owner's property. The path that was cleared simply involved removing trees to allow for the necessary physical work to install the drainage pipe.
Additionally, during the 26 years the owner has had the property, the Town of Cary has never accessed the utility easement where the two sewer pipes are located, nor the underground sewer pipe that runs along all the properties on Bergeron.
The town has never had a reason to perform maintenance or any other access. It is simply a standard utility easement.

Here's the FUN part of living in Wellsley:

Adult Fun Friday w/music
During the summers, Fun Fridays!
Also during the year, there's holiday parties like Halloween, Christmas etc.
Picture
School Age parties
Rising Kindergarden Social so kids can meet each other before the bus stop!
In June, there's graduation parties for 5th and 8th graders.
Wellesley is a 350 home subdivision that has enjoyed outstanding appeal in the real estate market due to following reasons
.
● Stable School base: The public school assignment base is the highly desirable "trifecta" of schools with top online ratings of 9 for the Elementary school and 10 for the middle and high school. The school base has never been reassigned which is truly a rarity to have this stability in Wake County!

● Community Amenities:
○ The HOA fee includes access to a pool and a successful swim team for all ages for the cost of a team bathing suite and small fee. Neighborhood children are often hired as lifeguards with “adult only” swim times.
○ Numerous social events, from holiday gatherings to grade graduations, foster a strong sense of community without a Club equity/fee.

● Spacious & Walkable Design:
*  Extra-wide streets allow for easy parking and traffic flow, and lots are usually over a generous ¼ acre.
*  Sidewalks lined with pet-friendly stations encourage a vibrant, social atmosphere, connecting seamlessly to White Oak Greenway
*  and nearby shopping, dining, and emergency services.
