- 104 Barnes Spring had multiple offers 4 DOM sold at over asking closed at $331.13/sf (it didn't appraise) & seller enjoyed a week after close to move out!
- 102 Barbridge Sold in 8 DOM during elections at list price when average DOM in Cary was 60 days
- 102 Wittenham Drive sold $55,000 over asking price with multiple offers and closed at $830,000 or $327.55/sf
- 102 Lulworth Cary sold $40,680 over asking price
- 117 Bergeron Way Cary. sold $25,000 over asking price
