My prior Wellsley listings recently closed since 2026 (most recent first):  I teamed up with Kelly Shields in 2026 & Flora Brands in 2025 so you saw their name on yard sign/postcards but it's still me :) 
  • 410 Widdington After 143 Days on Market in 2025 with a different real estate company, Kelly & I staged and marketed and got offer in 12 hours for seller! 
  • 113 Bergeron closed in time for school to start in a very tricky market with 4 other active listings in Wellsley. 
  • 405 Widdington sold in 2 Days on Market in mid-June with seller possession after closing so seller had time to buy & move into next home locally. 
  • 101 Barriedale Ct sold $27,000 over asking with many multiple offers (some for much more!) in 3 DOM at 3% over list price; closed at $301.18/sf
  • 104 Barnes Spring  had multiple offers 4 DOM sold at over asking closed at $331.13/sf (it didn't appraise) & seller enjoyed a week after close to move out!
  • 102 Barbridge  Sold in 8 DOM during elections at list price when average DOM in Cary was 60 days
  • 102 Wittenham Drive  sold $55,000 over asking price ​with multiple offers and closed at $830,000 or $327.55/sf
  • ​102 Lulworth Cary  sold $40,680 over asking price
  • 117 Bergeron Way Cary.  sold $25,000 over asking price
  • = mode Average DOM =3: SP/LP=1.03%.  I do my own Open Houses first weekend on market and sell it! ​
