Finding new home construction:
Builders don't usually put new construction in MLS or zillow even (until spec home is ready.) SO, we have to do some digging to find info. I go into each of the Interactive Development maps above and number all the 'red' new subdivisions rezoning cases, then I go to each link to find name of subdivision, builder or other clues. Then, the fun begins navigating some "800" number and get to the actual on-site agent here in NC. Here's an example of Fuquay Varina new subdivisions in red cross-referenced to contact info below.
This ensures we find any and all possible new homes being built now and into near future.
Please note: If you visit new builders site, PLEASE register me as you Buying Agent so builder pays my commission later.
